Business centre RĀMAVA offers rent of indoor premises and outdoor area for organizing various events – conferences, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, various competitions and other events that are important to you.

Premises and territory:

Seminar room (108 sq.m, 6x18m):

The rooms are located on the 1st floor of the hall. Suitable for up to 60-70 people. The room is equipped with sound equipment and microphones.

Included in the standard rental price: room, projector, large oval table at the back of the room (without tablecloth), several small desks located at the front of the room, up to 70 chairs arranged in a seminar (theater) layout, free parking for event participants. Rental price: total time up to three hours - 115.00 EUR/total (plus VAT), each additional hour – 20.00 EUR/hour (plus VAT).

Additional options available for rent and room setup enhancement, such as – additional  tablecloth (various colours are available), coffee machine, tea and water (incl., 0.5L bottles), dishes (cardboard cups or cups with saucers, plastic glasses or glass cups, etc.), writing supplies, sound system and microphones, room setup and special decorations customized for your event, snacks and catering services, colorful tablecloths, cocktail tables, etc.

Conference room (36 sq.m, 6x6m):

The room is located on the 2nd floor of the hall. Suitable for up to 20-30 people. The rooms were renovated at the beginning of 2024 (currently the rooms are in a light sand tone). The rooms are air-conditioned.
Included in the standard rental price: room, projector, large oval table, small round table, up to 30 chairs, free parking for event participants. Rental price: total time up to three hours - 65.00 EUR/total (plus VAT), each additional hour – 15.00 EUR/hour (plus VAT).

Additional options available for rent and room setup enhancement, such as – tablecloth (various colours are available), coffee machine, tea and water (incl., 0.5L bottles), dishes (cardboard cups or cups with saucers, plastic glasses or glass cups, etc.), writing supplies, room setup and decorations customized for your event, snacks and catering services, colorful tablecloths, cocktail tables, etc.

Hall part A (1600 sq.m) and part B (900 sq.m):

Spacious industrial-style rooms that can be adapted for various event needs. There is an option to section off and rent part of the hall. The hall has entrances/exits at both ends of the building, allowing you to adjust the flow of guests according to your needs. Next to the hall building, there is a large area available that can accommodate 500 or more cars, if necessary. It is permitted to hang light rigs, flags, etc., from the ceiling beams.
